適用于測定軟質聚氨酯泡沫塑料的落球式回彈性能.落球回彈是通過給定直徑和質量的鋼球在規定高度上自由落在泡沫塑料試樣上,計算鋼球回彈的zui大高度與鋼球落下高度比值的百分率既回彈率,以回彈率表示泡沫塑料的回彈性能。
滿足08標準A法和B法試驗方法。

試驗步驟:
將調節后的試樣水平置于回彈儀的測試位置上,通過調節使鋼球底部從固定位置到泡沫塑料表面的落下高度為460mm。
在釋放裝置上固定鋼球,然后使鋼球自由落下。
對每一個試樣做三次回彈,取三次回彈中的zui大值。
每次回彈鋼球應落在試樣表面的同一位置上,并且兩次回彈的時間間隔應控制在20s之內。
如果鋼球在回彈過程中碰到或彈出測量裝置,所得數據無效,需重新補做。
